MOQ is 2 pieces per style for rings, pendants and sets; 3 pcs for studs and bracelets; 5 pcs per lot for loose stones. You may mix styles in one order to reach our shipping tiers.

We accept T/T bank transfer and PayPal (goods & services). All prices are in USD. For repeat US customers we can open a 30% deposit / 70% balance before dispatch term. No credit cards at checkout — every order goes through our sales rep so we can confirm sizing and plating.
Every piece is QC'd in our workshop before packing — stone color, plating, stone security and clasp function. Defective pieces are replaced or credited within 14 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns aren't accepted on wholesale orders, but we work with you on sizing and plating issues. Lost-in-transit claims are handled with the carrier on your behalf.
Because we run our own casting and setting bench, we can resize rings, change stone shapes, adjust plating thickness and apply your logo to packaging on orders of 50+ pieces. Send a sketch or reference photo through the quote form and we'll come back with a feasibility note and price.
